shooting spree/Black Arrow Bug.

When I activate shooting spree, Using regular sniper rifles, when I shoot and get the kill, I am refunded 100% my action points used in that one shot.

When I used Black arrow or black arrow refurbished, (black arrow requiring 50 AP to shoot) when I get a Kill with shooting spree, I am only refunded 25 action Points. Also even though I have the str requirments, I sometimes get dazed shooting the gun, losing 15 action points, and something else to movements.

This bug makes black arrow the worst Sniper Rifle to use, and you have every incentive to just craft anything, that's not that gun. (corsair I got to a close 89 - 215 damage or something, with my own mods, close and basically better than black arrow.

black arrow is my fav gun, please fix <3

Even if it did refund ap crafted is still better because of smart module.

I must apologize, As crazy as it sounds I never thought to read the gun, Mind you, I played this game on launch, and for a long time, Black arrow never caused any Daze penalty, and there was no shooting spree nerf on it. please show me mercy and see where I am coming from lol. The OG blackarrow never did this.

With that being said, do you guys feel this is balanced? Especially with the competition of the other sniper rifles I could craft with out any of these penalty's and could essentially crank out more damage. (why not craft said sniper rifle then?)

Because the Black arrow is cool man, leave me alone.

Even if it did refund the full ap on shooting spree, a crafted sniper would still heavily outclass it because of rapid reloader and 50% extra base damage from smart module.

You are 100% rite, hence why in my message, I am a little bit sad because a Rifle is more appealing than using this legendary weapon, for where this weapon is located, it's a bit disappointing that there's this many draw backs to it, kinda makes one feel like, why bother going through the effort of using this when you can craft.

I am a Craft-aholic and crafting is always the way to go, I guess maybe because it can "pass through" targets they did  it to balance it out, but I suppose this is a hard pill I have to swallow of "we want you to craft, not use stock weapons, otherwise that allows you to skip allot of the skill points needed into crafting deadly weapons".

I do appreciate you guys informing me though, again, I feel very silly about all this for not reading it, but again (I used the OG Black arrow and it did not have this). Regardless, love you guys. (I only play this game on the hardest difficulty, in todays time, I only play dominating).

I promise to read things going forward <3

Dude, please don't apologize - you did good to bring this to the surface. It should refund the full 50AP.
By the time the Black Arrow is found, anyone who are using a sniper rifle are most likely 99.99% already has it's own crafted instrument. But Shooting Spree is meant to refund ALL the AP needed for the shot.

With that, it is totally valid to have a Spearhead with Rapid Reloader and Smart Module for casual shots and an off-hand Corsair with Smart Module and NOT Rapid Reloader, but something else, like a Bipod - just for the shots with Shooting Spree. Since AP gets fully refunded anyway, it's pointless to have it reducted. With endgame gear however, I still use it with RR though as accuarcy stopped being an issue a long time ago, the 12.7mm special bullets are OP AF and most importantly: RR can refund an additional 10-20AP per turn, making you better off with AP after the shot than before. With Adrenaline and an Accelerated Temporal Contraction, you can shoot 5 times with a Spearhead per round, so the more chance you get for this to ignite for a potential sixth shot, the better, so you'll have Shooting Spree ready at least once at every single turn if you fully specced into it (especially with Increment).
