Walkthrough

Schteff gives you a T-Ray Emitter and Tchortist Comm Device to stay in contact. You're supposed to deploy the emitter in a good spot somewhere under the Institute.

Head to Harpocrates Station, and from there head east to Toxic Waste Processing Plant. On its south end, you'll find a room with table where you can deploy the emitter.

If you tell Schteff the area's full of mutants, you will get extra 200 charons.
