You are to sabotage an important Protectorate troop elevator.
Objectives
- Destroy the Protectorate troop elevator located in Epione Lab, Upper Underrail. It lies east of Core City, between it and Fort Apogee, and can be reached by following the blue metro line. Your task is to infiltrate Epione lab, plant C4 explosives on lab's load-bearing pillars and detonate them.
Walkthrough
Make your way to Upper Underrail through the elevator in Core City. Take the upper metro to Epione Lab or walk there - it is east of the Core City station. There is heavy protectorate presence within the base, but it is entirely possible to sneak around with high stealth skill. If an alarm is sounded during your mission, you will face Protectorate's Chemical Assault Unit. Notably, they carry Chemical Assault Unit Armor and the Long Rubber Glove oddity.
You will find the five load-bearing pillars on the lower level of this base, one in the middle and one in each corner. The stairs leading down are on the southwest corner of the upper level. Plant the C4 Explosive Charges on the pillars, get back to the upper level and use the your Remote Detonator to detonate the charges.
Return to Trenton in the Free Drones base once the task is accomplished.
