After you have retrieved the drill parts and go to well-earned rest, you receive mail from Harold.
Objectives
- Harold wants you to check out an old battery recycling plant located in the caves, straight to the east from SGS. See if you can find some optoelectric nuclear cells, related equipment, blueprints or similar and bring it to him.

Walkthrough
The battery recycling plant is directly east of South Gate Station and Crossroad Watch. You'll need a TNT Charge to clear the way.
Once inside, you need to use Utility Bot Remote Control to solve a small puzzle involving power boxes and electrified floors. Stay near the surveillance monitor so you can see where the bot is. Use the remote control to make the bot's way to the northeast corner, where the plant's generator is. Then have the bot short-circuit the generator and itself, and the electronically locked doors will unlock.
You'll find an optoelectric nuclear battery blueprint in one of the lockers. Once you have it, head back to Harold.
