Poisoning is caused by the attacks of poisonous creatures and various poisonous weaponry such as throwing knives, crossbow bolts, caltrops and bear traps.
The Hypertoxicity feat doubles the damage done by poisons you apply.
The bio damage from poisons bypasses armor.[1] Up to 3 stacks of any poison can be removed with a single Antidote.

Black Dragon Poison can be extracted from Black Dragons with Blueprint: Extract Humour.
