Even the slightest contact with airborne Mutagen D5 starts rapidly mutating living beings.
When mutating ends, it turns afflicted dogs into Mutated Dogs and afflicted humans into Mutants complete with Claws, Mutated Body and the ability to hurl acidic globs. Effects of mutation on other species is unknown, but likely fatal.
The mutation is irreversible.
