	Psionic Withdrawal

Drains 5 psi every turn. Intelligence, Will and Perception are decreased by 1.
Duration: 6 turns (30 seconds)
Max stacks: 10

Psionic Withdrawal is caused by ending Mind Darts effect. Each ending Mind Darts stack causes one stack of psionic withdrawal. The withdrawal can be delayed with additional Mind Dart drugs, but in the end it is unavoidable.
