Throwing Nets are throwing utilities that entangles their target, rooting them in place. The target can try to break free with brute force, so the entanglement duration depends on target's strength. Originally they could only immobilize small animals, but in version 0.1.11.0 they were made more useful against larger and stronger opponents.
Evaded throwing nets can be picked up and used again. The chance of entangling a target in the net depends on your throwing skill and the target's evasion skill.
