The scrapper boss Eddy in Depot B wants you to acquire a keycard from guy named Elwood.
Objectives
- Look for a guy named Elwood in the gambling house in the back alley in north side of the slums and get his keycard off him somehow; then bring it to Eddy at Depot B
Walkthrough
You have two choices here. Either pickpocket the key from Elwood or assassinate him. Version 1.0.3 expanded the available ways to handle this quest, letting you either persuade Elwood to leave the gambling house (25 skill required) or try to intimidate him to give up the keycard. The gambling house is a partially controlled zone, so you should be able to get away with the assassination if you manage to do it without anyone seeing you.
