Rail Crossing's mayor tasks you with ridding the town of the Faceless who have taken over Buzzer's shop.

Walkthrough

This can be a simple extermination mission, but there is also a non-violent solution.

You can either slaughter all the Faceless forces in the railyard, train depot and Buzzer's shop, or you can sneak your way into Buzzer's shop via the burrower-infested tunnels under Rail Crossing. On the second floor of Buzzer's shop, west of the cell where Buzzer is being held, there are autoturrets that can help once you turn them back on with a nearby switch. Once you've defeated all the Faceless inside Buzzer's shop, the rest will scatter.

The more diplomatic way is sneaking your way to the Faceless Mindreader and and allowing him to scan your thoughts. This will, however, ultimately lead to Buzzer's death and you failing to save him, unless you can convince the Faceless to leave him alive with either high Persuasion or Intimidation.
