Once you've revealed the weakness Blaine knew about Scrapper's defense, Silas wants you to get help for the upcoming battle, either from South Gaters or from the Protectorate.
NOTE: If you kill Blaine or reveal the wormhole to scrappers, you cannot do the last quests for Black Eels!
Objectives
- Get either SGS or United Stations/Protectorate to help Black Eels take down the Scrappers
Walkthrough
This can be a tricky one. If you want SGS to help, head back to South Gate Station and inform Tanner of the situation. He will hold an emergency council meeting with all five SGS councilors (Tanner, Gorsky, Vera, Jonas, Ezra), and you're also invited. You can affect the outcome of the meeting if your persuasion skill is high enough (around 45?). Talk to Tanner the next morning after the meeting and you'll see if you succeeded. If not, South Gate will decide against helping the Black Eels.
On the other hand - if you want Protectorate's help, just head to the embassy and tell the situation to ambassador Athanas. The Union will gladly help on the condition of letting them increase their military presence in Junkyard gate and docks.
