Lurkers are a bandit gang.
Description
The lurkers are a band of cannibals, stealthy cut-throats, smugglers and murderers. They prey on unsuspecting travelers who stray too far into the under-passages and service tunnels of South Underrail.

The lurkers live the Under-passages beneath Lower Underrail, far away from stations. The passages near populated stations are fairly safe, but the deeper one wanders into the passages, the more lurkers one will encounter.
