Shattered Will is a debuff that can only be acquired in the Utility Tower.
Accumulating 10 stacks will instantly kill the player, however this typically will not occur outside of the DOMINATING-exclusive boss fight.
- Ghost crawler and coil spider attacks
- Wrong dialogue options during the boss fight
- Dungeon boss' melee attacks
