Force Emission is a toggleable buff for unarmed attacks only. Does not work with fist weapons.
Its damage scales with effective Psychokinesis skill, shown here at minimal required skill.
It is compatible with the Dirty Kick attack, allowing Psychokinetic characters another way to stun opponents from a distance.
