SGS receives a distress signal from Rail Crossing after the Faceless attack on Core City. Tanner needs you to travel to Rail Crossing and investigate it while Gorsky heads to Core City.
Objectives
- Tanner wants you to find out what is happening in Rail Crossing and assist them with their problem
Walkthrough
Travel to Rail Crossing either by metro or by foot, talk to Captain Herve, finish his quest to get rid of the Faceless and optionally save Buzzer, then return to Tanner.
When you return to Tanner, the only way to get paid is you say "No" when he asks you do you know why Faceless invades Rail Crossing. You can tell him the info after you get paid and trigger next quest.
At this point, the storyline will diverges depending on your actions.
- If you saved Buzzer, he should have told you about Cornell. The main storyline will directly continue into the next quest when returning to Tanner.
- If Buzzer perishes, you will have to find other sources of information to learn what the Faceless are looking for.
- Foundry Faceless recon is one way to learn that, should you cooperate with the Faceless and help them with their problem.
- Third alternative is finding an Ironhead camp in the dark metro tunnels between Core City and Foundry. There you will find a Bloody Mobile Computer with the critical information.
