Personal Cloaking Field is the effect of a Cloaking Device. It doesn't turn the user completely invisible, but turns him/her into a fuzzy translucent image that is harder to see and harder to hit from a distance. It lasts as long as battery allows or until the cloaking device is turned off.

It provides a large boost to Stealth and half of that to Evasion. The strength of the effect is dependent on the quality of the cloaking device.
