Rathound King wants you to kidnap Sarine.
Objectives
- Rathound King wants you to kidnap Sarine, a female hunter from Camp Hathor. She's a very capable warrior, so take care. Bring her to the Rathound King's lair, once you have her.
Walkthrough
In order to kidnap Sarine, you must attack her and either stun or incapacitate her.
You can try to persuade her (40 effective skill required) to leave her house for an opportunity to do so, but you have to solve the Burrower emergency before so she's willing to tell you about her husband. Attacking her inside her house will turn entire Camp Hathor hostile.
Or you can simply unlock the cage of her hopper pet Hopsy (30 skill required). Then tell her Hopsy ran to south. If you tell Edgar you want to solve Burrower emergency first, this method will not need any stealth skill with right timing. Because the mine gate guard will leave the gate to a distance that he can't see you unlock the cage door.
Once she's out of the camp, any stun or incapacitation effect on her will turn into a permanent stun, so using a Taser, or throwing a Flashbang at her will do the trick. Other methods such as Tranquilizing Bolt or Mental Breakdown may need some skill to do so.
After you kidnap Sarine, her husband Beck will show up with two hunters to rescue his wife, but the quest will complete when you meet Rathound King after kidnapping Sarine. More importantly, Kill the Rathound King can be solved even after you complete Kidnap Sarine, so doing nothing or running away from combat zone might be an option if you decide to kill Rathound King.
Completing the quest means you have to complete Kill the Rathound King by killing him yourself. Agreement with Camp Hathor will not be available anymore and if player calls hunters for help, both parties will turn hostile to you once you arrive to Rathound King's Lair (you can still let Edgar go there alone).
