Siphon Blood is a special attack used by Siphoners. It drains attacker level * 2 - 4
health (normally 12) from the target five times during the channel and transfers it to the attacker. This amount is increased by 20% for each stack of Anticoagulation present on the target.
This damage cannot be mitigated by armor or energy shield, but the attack can be dodged entirely. It's considered a regular melee attack for the purpose of calculating dodge chance.
Siphon blood costs 40 action points, and has a cooldown of 3 turns.
