Yell is a feat and an ability.

You can issue an intimidating shout in an attempt to reduce combat readiness of surrounding enemies and remove them from stealth. All affected enemies will have their offensive skills reduced by an amount equal to 35% of your intimidation skill for 3 turns. Cooldown: 10 turns. | |

Causes Intimidated debuff. Mutants use similar Intimidate ability.
Specializations
- Yell (3 levels) — Increases the skill reduction percentage by 5% for each specialization point.
