Core City upper level is a major vertical section of Core City.
Description
The upper level of Core City is on the level of Upper Underrail. The richests and cleanest level of Core City. The three oligarchs and their corporation headquarters reside here. Coretech, JKK and Praetorian Security. The Talloski family manor and a small Tchortist church are also located on this level. There is also a residential area in the east, beyond Praetorian HQ.
Elevator, Coretech HQ
- The elevator leads to the different floors of Core City: Docks, Lower level, Middle level, Upper level and Upper Metro Station
- The eastern exit leads to area Talloski Manor, Praetorian Security HQ
- The western exit leads to area Tchortist Church, JKK HQ
- The Praetorian Bomber and Praetorian Enforcer each carry a Praetorian Security Insignia oddity, 3 XP
- The 3 Coretech Sniper, 3 Coretech Sentry and 3 Coretech Runner each carry a Coretech Pamphlet oddity, 3 XP
- On the east side, one of the bedrooms has a wardrobe containing a Biocorp Technology Catalog Fragment oddity, 1 XP
- On the east side, the southeasternmost room requires 90 Lockpicking. It contains wardrobes with electronic components and a Blueprint: Shock Bolt
- The door to the corridor separating the east from the west bedrooms requires 40 Hacking
- Joseph Harlan will provide the first quests to climb up the ladder for Coretech (but only if you didn't accept the quests from JKK or Praetorian)
Coretech HQ 2F
- If you're seen on this floor without authorization (by completing quests for Coretech), security will attack you
- The door near on top of the eastern stairs requires 40 Hacking
Tchortist Church, JKK HQ
- The eastern exit leads to area Elevator, Coretech HQ
- The Coretech Sentry carries a Coretech Pamphlet oddity, 3 XP

- The receptionist will let you go through the first door of the JKK HQ
- The door to the 1st bedroom in JKK HQ (coming from the south) requires 50 Lockpicking. The room is empty
- The door to the 3rd bedroom in JKK HQ (coming from the south) requires 60 Lockpicking (content?Verify)

- About the manor:
- The eastern Manor Guard (patrolling near the crates) carries Side Entrance Key Card (Core City Manor)
- The side entrance can be opened with 75 Hacking or using the Side Entrance Key Card (Core City Manor)
- It's also possible to climb up the crates to enter the manor from the balcony

- The Praetorian Bomber, 3 Praetorian Sniper and 6 Praetorian Enforcer each carry a Praetorian Security Insignia oddity, 3 XP
- The Praetorian Guardian will let you go upstairs if you don't work yet for JKK or Coretech
- The stairs going down in front of the Praetorian HQ leads to area Residential underpass

- The northwest building is initially closed. It will become Your House after you complete the main oligarch quest
- The northeast building has an electronic lock requiring 105 Hacking or CC residential office building keycard. It leads to Core City Office Building
- In Dave's bar (SE house), Dave carries Dave's Key (Core City)
- The second room in Dave's bar:
- Can be opened with 40 Lockpicking or using Dave's Key (Core City)
- Contains a locker that can be opened with 80 Lockpicking or with Dave's Key (Core City), and contains some money
- The central building:
- Jyles is selling houses, but doesn't have any available at this time. When you receive Your House by questing, he will help you with the renovations. He carries Jyles' Key (Core City)
- The desk next to Jyles requires 95 Lockpicking or can be opened with Jyles' Key (Core City). It contains 100 Charons, a pistol and a Blueprint: Frag Mine Case
- The eastern building just north of Dave's bar requires 70 Lockpicking to enter
- The northern small house of the east side requires 55 Lockpicking to enter
