Dude's House in the Upper Caves is discovered by exploring both Dude's old home in Core City and Dude's old lab in Upper Underrail as part of Dude's other quest, and is hidden in until then. The cave door is located in Upper Caves C5.

Description

Dude's abandoned and moldy house is now home to ...overcharged cats?. As usual, they must be removed for dude to enter and proceed with his vision, while combat is faster, they can also be trapped inside Dog Crates without causing hostilities. This is the only way to obtain the Captured Laser Cat combat utility.

The room east of the campfire contains several shelves, containing Mushroom Brew, 10 Dog Crates, some repair kits, and electronic crafting components.
A desk to the north contains Antidotes, Gyromitrin, Napalm C and Taurine. Close to it is a box with Unsaturated Psionic Catalyst, Morphine, a Mindshroom and a Desaturated Psionic Inhalant
The Notes on the table will refresh Dude's memories on the recipe for The Juice
