Barbed Throwing Nets are throwing utilities that deal mechanical damage, inflict a Bleeding Wound and entangle their target, rooting them in place. The target can try to break free with brute force, so the entanglement duration depends on the target's strength.
Evaded throwing nets can be picked up and used again. The chance of entangling a target in the net depends on your throwing skill and the target's evasion skill.
