Core City upper level is a major vertical section of Core City.
Description
The upper level of Core City is on the level of Upper Underrail. The richests and cleanest level of Core City. The three oligarchs and their corporation headquarters reside here. Coretech, JKK and Praetorian Security. The Talloski family manor and a small Tchortist church are also located on this level. There is also a residential area in the east, beyond Praetorian HQ.
