Description

The passages between Core City's lower level and docks, connecting the city to a sprawling network of under-passages below Lower Underrail.

The stairs up in the SE corner lead to Core City Lower Level, area Elevator
The ladder near the east wall leads to area JKK advertisement control terminal 6
The western exit leads to area Utility Section
The southwestern exit leads to area Sergio's Place
The southeastern exit leads to Lower Passages, area Under-passages A11
The barrel on the west wall next to the sofa contains an Old World Booze Bottle oddity, 2 XP
In the NE corridor is hiding a stealthy Mugger ready to backstab you if you get too close
The SE corner is inhabited by a group of Gangsters
