There's a storage room with intact Flux Controller on the north part of the sewers, but door requires high skill to unlock. Sewer Storage Key Card can be found in the northeast part, where the generator also is. Depending on how you move in the northeast part of the sewers, you will be confronted by Jookhela and may have to kill it. With enough Thought Control (30 effective skill needed) you can drive Jookhela to go away without a fight.

After acquiring the intact Flux Controller, the player must repair and reactivate the generator. Upon exiting the generator room, Jookhela will approach the player. If the player does not have 30 Thought Control or is not currently wearing the Rathound Regalia, Jookhela will attack.

Rathound Regalia can use to pacify Jookhela to prevent the fight.

Objectives

 • Lieutenant Stratford wants you to investigate and repair a generator that went out in the sewers. There is a high probability that the Faceless are responsible, so if you see any sighs of their presence, inform Lieutenant Stratford as soon as possible.

Walkthrough

Head to the Core City Docks, then travel north to find the sewers. After traveling north through the sewer, the player will find two friendly muties who will give a warning about a rathound named Jookhela.

Within the same area as the muties lies a storage room with an intact Flux Controller, which is required to fix the generator. The gate to the room is locked behind a electronic lock, requiring either a Hacking skill of 90 or the related keycard. The keycard can be found in the next area to the northeast. A key can be found on a dead mutie in the southeast corner to unlock the fence gate leading to the northeast.

In the area to the northeast are two rooms: one with the broken generator that the player has been tasked with fixing, and another room containing the storage room keycard. If the player enters the storage room while the door is open, Jookhela will appear outside and lock the door. This will cause two Shadows of Jookhela to spawn. After dealing with the shadows (or in the process of fleeing from them), the player must exit from the connected room to the south by destroying the rocks blocking the door. If the player has no tools to destroy the rocks, a single TNT Charge can be found on a shelf in the same room.

However, if the player locks the door and then enters the room by destroying the rocks first, then Jookhela will not appear and summon its shadows.

After acquiring the intact Flux Controller, the player must repair and reactivate the generator. Upon exiting the generator room, Jookhela will approach the player. If the player does not have 30 Thought Control or is not currently wearing the Rathound Regalia, Jookhela will attack.

Upon fixing the generator, return to Lieutenant Stratford to complete the quest.
