This anti-personnel mine is designed to disperse shrapnel upon detonating.

Use: Place a fragmentation mine on targeted spot. When triggered everyone caught in the blast suffer 20-24 heat damage as well as damage from 3-7 shrapnel, each shrapnel dealing 13-20 mechanical damage. Targets closer to detonation have greater chance of receiving shrapnel.

Frag Mines (Fragmentation Mines) are traps that deal area of effect damage. They require a set traps skill to be used and the difficulty of detecting them increases with traps skill. Their damage does not increase with traps skill. Evasion decreases damage from all AoE attacks, including mines.

They deal approximately 137 (Mk.1), 228 (Mk.2), 318 (Mk.3), 409 (Mk.4) or 500 (Mk.5) average damage against unarmored targets near the center of explosion with maximal of shrapnel hits, or half that with minimal shrapnel hits. Damage is decreased considerably against targets with high damage threshold.

The Impact Speed of mine explosions is high. Frag mine shrapnel impact speed is medium.
