Lower Underrail is an huge urban area consisting of 10 zones. However, 4 areas are initially inaccessible due to cave-ins caused by the recent earthquake. They can be visited later on, when the player has access to TNT Charges.

It is accessible from SGS level 1 exit and north station platform. 3 Lower Underrail areas are to the south from the station platform, and 7 more are to the north.

Rathounds are a common sight and various small human outcasts have settlements all over the Lower Underrail. Some bandits can also be met in the area during Jack Quicksilver's delivery mission. Intrepid explorers may also stumble upon some burrowers in the depths of Lower Underrail.
