Electromagnetic Burst is a psionic ability known by Greater Coil Spiders. The effect is similar to that of EMP Grenades, after exploding in a radius of 3 it drains all electronic gear equipped, or on Hard difficulty and above carried inside the inventory, and deals electronic damage equal to 50% of the energy drained.
