Projects an electrical bolt that deals 16-29 electrical damage to the primary target and stuns it for 1 turn before jumping to a nearby target (unless fully resisted). It can jump up to 4 times, but the damage decreases by 20% of the original amount with each jump. It can strike the same target multiple times, but it needs at least two targets to jump between. Only the primary target is stunned. | |

Electrokinesis damage scales with effective Psychokinesis skill. The maximum distance between jumps is roughly 5 tiles. Can be invoked through a fence or a gate.
