Special attack used by Siphoners. It drains 12 health from the target five times during the channel and transfers it to the attacker. This amount is increased by 20% for each stack of Anticoagulation present on the target.
This damage cannot be mitigated by armor or energy shield, but the attack can be dodged entirely. It's considered a regular melee attack for the purpose of calculating dodge chance.
