Core City is a major city situated literally in the core of the Underrail network. It spans both levels of Underrail and serves as a gateway between Upper and Lower Underrail and also between the lawless south Underrail and United Station territories to the north. Core City is also called Hub by some denizens of Underrail.
In the past, it used to be controlled by BioCorp's security forces, but they went rogue and split into smaller factions and fought each other for a couple of years on the streets of Core City.
