You notice a large protectorate boat near the Core City sewer exit. A protectorate soldier is trying to make a strange device work.
Objectives
- Matriuss Ludenlof wants you to retrieve his personal news tracking device. It is located in an office building in the northern section of the Core City residential area
Walkthrough
Approach the Praetorian Sniper on the boat in Core City Sewer Exit. You can pretend you're good at eletronics (even if you're not) or just tell him that you like helping people you meet. He will let you go onboard.
25 Electronics skill is not sufficient to help with the device (which by the way is a Coretech PNT1)
The Praetorian sniper will then tell you Matriuss Ludenlof could still need your help. Talking to him, you're being asked to fetch a device in teh residential area of Core City. He gives you CC residential office building keycard to enter the building and avoid being detected as an intruder.
