You have just been admitted into South Gate Station, but the welcome party has to wait. This mission can be considered a tutorial, letting you get introduced to some basic game mechanics and the people of South Gate Station.
Objectives
- Talk to Councilor Tanner in his office in the commons (level three)
- Talk to Pasquale on the medical level
- Talk to Gorsky at the shooting range and have a practice session
- Start the practice session at the shooting range, score ten hits, end the session and report to Tanner
- Return to Tanner and let him know you've done some target practice
Walkthrough
First of all, drag yourself to Tanner's office (100 XP) on level 3. His office is directly south (lower left) of the elevator.
Then find your way to medical level and talk to Pasquale for some information on psionics and also optionally get your psionic inhibitor disabled (100 XP).
Next, go to the armory on level 2 and get your weapon back from Lucas. Move to the shooting range west of the armory and have a chat with Gorsky (50 XP). After you're done talking with Gorsky, interact with one of the shooting range console pads to configure target distance and start a new session. It's time to equip your gun from your inventory I and reload it Shift + Q if you haven't already done so. Complete a target practice session by scoring 10 hits and end the session, then tell Gorsky that you're done with the target practice (200XP).
Let Tanner know you're done with the warm-up (50 XP). Success.
