Colton is a black eel trader who runs a shop in Junkyard - Docks.

Quest involvement
- If you ask about the drill parts, Colton mentions an alternate route to Old Junkyard and tell you to ask Silas about "wormhole".
- Plant the explosives: Colton has some old mining explosives needed to start the assault on Scapper HQ.
Currency exchange
Colton exchanges other currencies to Charons aka Stygian Coins, which are used in Junkyard. His exchange rates aren't the cheapest.
