Phyllis is a character in Oculus. A skilled physician. Expressionless, speaks in a monotone voice and sees humans and other living beings as complex machinery.
Background
Unlike most oculites, she did not seek to join the organization, but instead she was approached by Oculus for her performance as a physician and offered advanced medical knowledge in exchange for her becoming a part of the Oculus.
