Background

Jerre originally lived in the North Underrail. He became interested in Tchortism after conversation he had about seven years ago with his old friend Thomas Harding who has recently returned from South Underrail. Astonished by the speech of his friend, Jerre decided to visit the Institute himself and joined shortly afterwards.
