Chief Richard Briggs is a character initially seen in Core City Docks. He is trying to find recruits to assist them during the Black Sea Expedition. Later he will travel with you to the Black Sea Expedition Camp, and is the head of the Aegis forces protecting the expedition. He uses .44 Hammerer pistol in combat.
Background
Chief Briggs was a member of Protectorate forces and fought in Battle of Dis against Biocorp Armed Forces. During the battle, an exploding round completely destroyed his left arm and caused him severe nerve damage. After his recovery few years later, he co-founded Aegis Incorporated together with notable businessman Francis White and appointed himself Chief of Security. He is married to Jane Briggs, but has no children with her.
