A debuff that you get every 5 seconds (every turn in turn-based mode) while on the darkness of Silent Isle.

Once it reaches 6 stacks, you are attacked by a doppelganger that persists for 4 turns and cannot be destroyed by any conventional means.

Strange Feeling can be avoided entirely by staying in light.
