The health loss caused by hemopsychosis cannot be mitigated through conventional damage mitigation, but psi cost reduction also reduces it.

Specializations

  • Hemopsychosis: Health Cost (5 levels) — Reduces the health cost of psi abilities by 5% for each specialization point.
  • Hemopsychosis: Cooldown (4 levels) — Reduces cooldown by 0.5 turns for each specialization point.
