Hutch is the Free Drone you have to talk with through the intercom if you want to gain entrance into the base. He is cheerful, friendly, and popular among his peers who consider him a model anarchist, and some feel he might even have what it takes to one day make a good leader. Hutch is in a stable relationship with his fellow Free Drone Sarah, and has a dog he named Laser. In combat he uses a sniper rifle.
