M'lan Ratula is a drifter who resides in one of the forlorn South Gate Outposts. He's not terribly dangerous, but he has a crossbow and two pet rathounds named Gritsko and Litsko. Taking on all three of them at once can end badly.
Player interactions
You can convince him to let SGS take over his outpost with high enough intimidation skill (10 effective skill, rewarding you with 100 classic XP) without having to kill him.

- Retake the outposts: He has claimed one of the outposts as his territory.
