Brer is a merchant that can be found in the Waterways if the Hopperdrome location is present in a savefile.

Brer trades mostly in mechanical components.
In the initial conversation with him, he will ask whether player got his stuff. If player answers that they have it, they will have an option to either put a heavy mechanical part on his hand (10 effective Strength), slap his hand (11 effective Strength) or grab his hand and pull it (12 effective Strength). If player passes the Strength check, Brer will be impressed and give you access to his special merchandise.
