- Find Blaine, Kill Blaine: Fixer can tell you something about Blaine's relations with Scrappers.
Healing
He can heal you without anesthesia for 3 charons, or for 5 charons with anesthesia.
Trader inventory
He sells medicines, chemicals, relevant blueprints and components. Late in the game (after completing Research Facility quest), he also starts selling Blueprint: Aegis, Cryogenic Collectors and Cigars.
Crafting workbench
Fixer also sells the chemistry workbench for Your House.
