Todor Sallywatch is an associate of Everard, awaiting trial in Foundry Prison for the murder of Bolivar Daud.
Background
Todor is an assassin working for the same organization Everard is part of. Recently he was tasked with following the traveling merchant Bolivar Daud until a meeting between him and an arms merchant from Core City named Oliver Micas took place, after which he was to assassinate Daud. Todor carried out his task, but got caught and arrested by a member of the Foundry Guard as he was making his escape from the scene. Todor insists that he remained fully discreet about his task and the organization during questionings.
Depending on how the player deals with him, if he survives, upon regaining his freedom he will leave for a location codenamed Zeta.
