Olivia is a chemist working in the Foundry mines. She can be found in Foundry mines, near the entrance.
Player interactions
There are a couple of ways you can arrange "an accident" happen to her, either by mixing the chemicals on her desk or by sabotaging the nearby minecart. Cart Security Card can be found in the shelves in her office.
