Jeremy Seeger is a student at the Dis Faculty of Information Technologies, and the head of the university IT center. He is the assistant of Professor Oldfield and serves as data analyst for the Expedition. He carries a random Haxxor.

Player interactions
Player may give him various Fold-M 7, and then he will transfer data to the PC in his tent.
If the player inquires about the coffee he is drinking he'll offer them a free thermos of coffee. After opening the Arch Keep you can ask him for more.
