Lieutenant Branwen is a Protectorate officer sent by Colonel Cathcart to investigate the situation at the Institute of Tchort after it had been overrun by the Faceless forces. She is overly mannish in her demeanor, and has little patience for you uninvitedly prying into matters that she does not believe concern you. She is armed with an energy pistol and carries a couple of EMP Grenades.
