Pasquale is the head doctor of South Gate Station. He can be found on the medical level.
Background
Pasquale seems to be quite knowledgeable on the scholarly topic of psionic powers and he can tell you some interesting things about the nature of the psionic mutation and offer speculation about its origins.
Player interactions
You can talk to Pasquale to learn about your psi abilities. Optionally, you can gain the Psi Empathy feat by taking part in the medical procedure (read: swallow a pill) to disable your brain's psionic inhibitor. Note that this is only useful for characters who want to develop psi abilities and should not be taken by other characters as it decreases max health by 20%.
After taking the pill, Pasquale will comment on player's psionic potential (depends on your Will) and give you two Psi Boosters. With 15 effective Persuasion, player can also gain two more boosters from him. If your psionic potential is low (5 Will or less), another dialogue option will appear which allows to persuade him with only 5 effective Persuasion.
Healing
He can fully heal you free of charge at any time you visit his office, which can be useful especially early on.
Trader inventory
He trades various medicines, medical blueprints and components. Late in the game (after completing Research Facility quest), he also sells Psionic Mentor: Stasis.
