Pasquale is the head doctor of South Gate Station. He can be found on the medical level.
Background
Pasquale seems to be quite knowledgeable on the scholarly topic of psionic powers and he can tell you some interesting things about the nature of the psionic mutation and offer speculation about its origins.

Quest involvement
- Introduction: You can gain the Psi Empathy feat by talking to him and take part in the medical procedure (read: swallow a pill) to disable your brain's psionic inhibitor.

He can fully heal you free of charge at any time you visit his office, which can be useful especially early on.
