Patrolling Tchortist rassophores fight against a group of Lunatics encountered in Upper Underrail, in areas close to the Institute of Tchort. The Tchortist squad consists of 4 generic soldiers of the Preservation Forces randomly selected from Tchortist Rassophore, Tchortist Ekrixphore, Tchortist Pirophore, and Tchortist Skopeftophore. They are up against 4 generic Lunatics randomly selected from Brawlers, Chillers, Electricians, Freezers, Gunners, Nukers, Psychopaths, Pyromaniacs, and Scanners.

This event ends after 15 minutes.

Plot-related changes to patrols

The Tchortists will no longer be able to patrol Upper Underrail once the invasion of the Institute begins.
